

For the sake of transparency and good governance and, in line with its strategic vision 'to become recognised as the leading business tourism marketing collective for venues and events in Westminster', The Westminster Collection has now been formally incorporated as TWC (WESTMINSTER) LTD., a not for profit company limited by guarantee.
The new company has a Constitution that allows for the further development of the Collection within the overall Borough of Westminster and, not simply in one specific area of it. It also allows for a Board of Directors of 5. Two have been appointed to date and these are Michael Sharp, Managing Director and General Manager of Central Hall Westminster and René Dee, prior Chairman of TWC.
René Dee, who
helped found the Collection in 2003, has become CEO. His
responsibility will be to grow the Collection into a far more
representative organisation matching its vision to act as a powerful
'one-stop-shop' of venue and events services for event planners and
buyers looking for these in Westminster, one of the world's most active
business centres.
Further appointments to the Board will be announced before the year-end.
