The Westminster Collection (TWC) Annual Showcase

The Westminster Collection (TWC) Annual Showcase, the 4th to be held, will take place on Shrove Tuesday 5th February 2008 at Savoy Place between 16.30hrs and 8.30hrs.The TWC Showcase will include Westminster's 19 foremost meeting, exhibition and hotel venues, in addition to key event service sectors suppliers from web designers Redwire, to shell-scheme and exhibition stand contractors Roadstar Expo and many more.
The Showcase, previously held in the beautifully surroundings of the Royal Horticultural Halls' Lindley Hall, will proudly be hosted this year by Savoy Place in their sumptuous and panoramic Riverside Room. Visitors will be able to meet and network directly with representatives from the venues, as well as being able to enjoy refreshments, canapés and pancakes!! These are being kindly supplied by The Cinnamon Club.
Visitors will be encouraged to complete a questionnaire as they meet each of the venues, resulting in a prize draw, with some spectacular incentives to be won including a pair of tickets for the new Veuve Cliquot Lunch Cruise, donated by Silver Fleet Woods River Cruises.
Chairman of TWC, René Dee is delighted that the 4th showcase is the biggest yet with full representation from the members. "Event organisers looking for a venue in Westminster to host an event, whether this be for an exhibition, a conference, a banquet, a reception, a fashion show, a product launch or an awards dinner can find this at our 'Showcase' that serves as a 'one-stop shop' opportunity.
