RICS Headquarters is an imposing red brick Victorian style building on the corner of Parliament Square. Purpose built for the Institution in 1899, the conference and banqueting areas comprise of ten rooms ranging from the intimate York room to the grand oak panelled Lecture hall.
There is also a unique penthouse location, the Presidents suite, which offers a prestigious dining or presentation area for parties of up to 18 for formal dining and up to 40 for buffet/reception events. From the adjacent terrace, guests enjoy a panoramic view across to the Houses of Parliament as they sip their aperitifs.
Catering can be taken within the rooms. For numbers over 60 for the Lecture hall or Council chamber a special day delegate rate is available. Smaller parties up to 30 may wish to pre-book tables in our Twelve restaurant. There is also a modern caf on the ground floor.
